MeraMart "No Question Asked Return Policy"
MeraMart has a "No Question Asked Return Policy" through which a customer can either return a product at the time of delivery or after delivery by contacting Customer Care. The following terms and conditions will apply:
Fruits & Vegetables
- Return at Delivery: For all Fruits and Vegetables items, the customer can inspect and return the items only at the time of Delivery. After delivery, the items cannot be returned, and all the decisions of the Management will be binding. Management has the right to entertain any issue on a case-to-case basis.
- Refund: For COD orders, the customer can pay the reduced amount after returning the item at the time of Delivery. For prepaid orders, the customer will get a refund into the original mode of payment.
Milk and Fresh Dairy Items
- Return at Delivery: For all Milk & Fresh Dairy items, the customer can inspect and return the items only at the time of Delivery. After delivery, the items cannot be returned, and all the decisions of the Management will be binding. Management has the right to entertain any issue on a case-to-case basis.
- Refund: For COD orders, the customer can pay the reduced amount after returning the item at the time of Delivery. For prepaid orders, the customer will get a refund into the original mode of payment.
Grocery and Non-Perishable Items
- Return at Delivery: For all Grocery and Non-Perishable Items, the customer can return the product within 48 hours of the window. Post this window, management has the right to accept or reject the return request on a case-to-case basis. Management can reject the return request if the seal has been broken, the product has been mutilated, or has worsened in any form of appearance. In such cases, all the decisions of the management will be binding.
